Founded in 1988 as a sole proprietorship, our company initially dealt with residential services, and then our activity expanded with the production of scaffolding. We founded Kiss & Társa Ltd. in 1995, which has grown from a family-owned company to a major metal and sheet metal processing company thanks to continuous investments.
Our modern machine park is suitable for the economical production of both small and medium series.
Since 1996, our main partner is an Austrian earth moving manufacturer of which we have become an “A” category supplier over time. Today, we manufacture thousands of parts for them. In addition to the Austrian customers, we also have partners in Germany.
Thanks to our successful European Union tender in 2005 and 2008, we built a completely new industrial park that would satisfy all our needs. Our business has become even more economical and versatile with a shot blasting machine and an electrostatic powder coating plant.
Due to the responsible and strict management policy of the owners, we survived the economic crisis of 2008-2009 with a reduction in the number of employees. The company started to grow again from 2010, and we were able to close that year with a headcount and turnover… approaching the pre-crisis level.
Since then, our development has been undiminished, with a steady increase in the number of employees and sales revenue, to which several of our successful EU tenders have contributed.
We have been at our current site since 2018. The continuous expansion necessitated the move. Here the organization of work processes is more efficient, and in addition to production, we also increased our storage capacity.
We have also expanded our machine park. We currently have four laser cutting machines, one flame cutting machine, and five welding robots. In addition, our arsenal also serves sawing machines, edge, plate and pipe bending machines, as well as a complete cutting plant and a high-performance, two-blasting, three-furnace painting plant department.
Managing Director Economist by profession, Mr. Várnai gained 15 years of multidisciplinary professional experience as one of the leaders of a multinational group of companies. He takes direct charge of quality assurance, HR, occupational safety, IT and the work of the economic office.
Technical Director
Mr. Süle has a decade and a half of professional experience in all areas of sheet metal working. He directs the technological development of our company, coordinates the work of the individual production departments. His responsibilities also include market research, the continuous expansion of the range of partners and the preparation of price offers.
Customer Service and Logistics DirectorMr. Szász has been with the company for over 15 years. His area of expertise include keeping in touch with our customers and performing logistics tasks as well as procuring commercial goods and cooperating with subcontractors.
